Positivity is contagious.
Earlier this week, The Scene posted a compilation video of little girls from all walks of life repeating affirmations recited by their fathers. The project, which had garnered 6.3 million Facebook views at publishing time, was inspired by and interweaves footage from a video that went viral in September, in which YMCA program director and personal trainer Ron Alston showcased his morning ritual with his daughter, Aliyah.
"I am strong," the adorable 3-year-old chants, following Alston’s lead. "I am smart. I work hard. I am beautiful."
