Forward Danny Welbeck trained with Arsenal ahead of their New Year's Day clash with Crystal Palace.
The 26 year old has been out with a knee injury since May and returned to training last Friday but Wenger is cautious about Welbeck's return.
The England international participated in Wednesday's training session with those who did not start in the Boxing Day victory over West Brom.

Wenger has tended to allow for three to four weeks of full training for long-term absentees before deeming them match fit, which means Wenger will need to wait a little longer.
