President Muhammadu Buhari was at the Aso Rock Villa mosque for the Friday Jumat prayer where he was joined by other top members of his administration.

Senate President Bukola Saraki, director-general of the Department of State Services, Lawal Daura, acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu and comptroller-general of the Nigerian Customs Service, Hammed Ali joined the president at the mosque on Friday, April 7.

Gistlite.com had earlier reported that Magu was rejected by the Saraki-led Senate as chairman of the EFCC based on a report by the Daura-led DSS but they seemed to put all these behind them as they laughed and chatted after the prayer.

Similarly, Ali who is also having issues with the Senate based on his refusal to appear before it also was in a relaxed mood with the Senate president.
