She wants her body back! Blac Chyna shares topless throwback snap after revealing she's already lost 15lbs ONE week after giving birth.

One week after giving birth to her daughter Dream Kardashian, Blac Chyna's already begun trimming off the pregnancy weight.

The 28-year-old revealed on Snapchat on Thursday she's already lost 15 lbs., but despite her quick success, it appears she's still missing her pre-baby body.

The mother-of-two took to Instagram with a sexy throwback Thursday shot of herself from her nude Richardson Magazine cover shoot back in September 2015.

The risque photo shows the model leaning up against a wall in nothing but a few strategically placed black leather straps and platform stilettos. 

She was photographed by renowned photographer Steven Kelin for her cover story last year which was dubbed the 'America' issue. 

Blac Chyna received over 44,000 likes in an hour for the sultry shot which she only captioned with the hashtag 'TBT.' 

Earlier on Thursday Blac Chyna uploaded a video to Snapchat in which she stepped on a scale that told her she weighed 177 lbs.

As her caption explained, she'd gone 'From 192lbs to 177lbs ( 7 days postpartum)' en route to her 'Goal 130lbs,' which was 'my starting weight b4 Dream.' 

That Snapchat Story had begun the previous night with a video of baby Dream, Chyna's second child and first daughter, lying in bed.

Behind her, the Walt Disney opening logo played on television, the music blaring out as the infant squirmed a bit.

'WELCOME, DREAM!' curved across the top of the frame in pink, and at the bottom were a smiling animated couple flanking an animated crib.

The video then skipped ahead a bit, and the new Pixar animated feature Finding Dory appeared to be playing onscreen.

Dream started gesturing, and pink animated flowers rained down over the video. The 'WELCOME, DREAM!' and the couple at the crib were still splashed onto the image.

The Washington, DC native's next post was a photo. An adorable close-up showed the newborn's little hand clutching her mother's left ring finger.

Though the baby's father, Rob Kardashian, wasn't himself in the snapshot, the engagement ring he'd given Chyna this April glinted on her finger.

During the following video, the proud mother cooed as she fiddled with locks of her new child's 'little pretty hair.'

The next video informed viewers it was now 9:56 am the next morning and offered a glimpse of her, as her caption noted: 'Breastfeeding and pumping.' After the text came an emoji of a bird hatching from an egg.

Before giving birth to Dream Kardashian on November 10th, the model had produced a now four-year-old son called King Cairo by way of Tyga. The rapper's currently dating Chyna's sister-in-law-to-be Kylie Jenner.
