The Bajan beauty, who had seven nominations, won Favourite Female Artiste – Soul/R&B; Favourite Album – Soul/R&B for Anti, and Favourite Song – Soul/R&B (Work featuring Drake).
She lost out on the most coveted award of the night – Artiste Of The Year – to Ariana Grande. RiRi and Drake were up also for Collaboration Of The Year with Work, which they lost to Fifty Harmony featuring TY Dolla $ign and Video Of The Year to Justin Bieber.
She also failed to take the Favourite Female Artiste – Pop/Rock prize, that going to Selena Gomez.
Rihanna, who is currently shooting a movie, was not present to collect any of the awards.
